ZAPP Cleaning Services guarantees the property in question will be cleaned to the standard of cleanliness required by all Real Estate Policy’s & Procedures. Should any of our cleaning not meet these standards, we will return to the property free of charge to rectify any of our cleaning issues that are in question. We offer a professional bond clean, however, please note that we do not use heavy duty machinery such as tile & grout cleaners. We do not clean fabric curtains or fabric blinds of any kind within a bond clean. If you require a specialized service we are happy to assist you with the contact details of the appropriate professional to complete the task.

Flyscreen’s – will not be removed when cleaning, unless otherwise arranged with all parties involved. Please note if you have diamond grill screens on the external of your property, these can only be dusted at the time of the clean, as they cannot be removed.

Venetian Blinds/Louvre Shutters – All cleaned to bond clean standard at an additional cost.

Outdoor Cleaning – (Balconies, Balustrade glass, light, fans, and outdoor kitchens) – are not included in the Bond cleaning price but can be quoted on arrival.

Carpets/Upholstery – The carpet/upholstery will be inspected before cleaning. ZAPP Cleaning Services cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed upon cleaning. Stains derived from bleaching agents, acids and permanent dyes may be permanent and cannot be removed with any treatment. ZAPP Cleaning Services and the carpet cleaner, do not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains. ZAPP Cleaning Services cannot be responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection of the premises.
These include but are not limited to:

  • Fugitive dyes not properly set-in manufacture or re-dying.
  • Lounge suites that have water or solvent soluble coloured backing material
  • Carpet that has been over stretched during laying or suffers de-lamination
  • Carpet that has sun damage and markers used on carpet or fabric backing or padding.

ZAPP Cleaning Services will only warrant claims with respect to workmanship of the services provided if it is reported within 5 days of completion of the work or in the event of a complaint the customer undertakes to give ZAPP Cleaning Services the opportunity to rectify all work.

Flea Spray – if fleas are actively present during the flea spraying, you will incur an additional $55.00 plus GST charge for our technician to return to respray as it can take up two to three times for treatment to rid the property of fleas.

Key Pick Up / Drop Off – If ZAPP Cleaning Services are required to pick keys up or drop keys off from anywhere apart from the property a $20.00 plus GST surcharge will apply.

Payment Method – Please note we accept Eftpos, Cash or Invoice (only Real-estate/Builders) we also do not accept American Express Card Payments (Due to Eftpos Machine). Payments will be collected on the day of the clean, once the property has been inspected and or within one hour of the commencement of the clean. If payment has not been received and you are uncontactable, our supervisors will be told to put tools down until the payment has been received. If you cannot make payment within that time frame stated above, please advise our office immediately to avoid the disappointment of the cleans not being carried out or completed.

Please be aware that understating the size of the property or the condition the property is in, will not result in a cheaper clean. If the property in question is left in an unsatisfactory state, the property is bigger than average size upon arrival, or if the walls require a full wash down, further charges will be incurred.

All cleaning work we undertake is 100% guaranteed if called back within five business days. If we get called back after five business days a minimum charge of $99 will apply
